• Offer and compensation details you paste. To build a strategy, you give Counteroffer the details of a job offer or your current compensation, such as role, level, location, base, bonus, and equity. We use these inputs only to generate your benchmark band, your counter number, talking points, and an email template.
• Usage data. We collect standard logs and analytics about how the website and product are used, including IP address and device information, to operate and secure the service.
• Contact messages. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details to reply and follow up.

How we use the details you paste

The offer and compensation details you enter are used only to build your negotiation strategy and to show it back to you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share the specifics of your offer with your employer, recruiter, or any other third party for their own use.
